There are punishments that are acceptable but there are those which I cannot accept whatever the case because I do not see why I have to be tortured just because of doing something small and it was not my intention to do so. The last time I was being punished my boss told me that I had to give him all of the consumer law remedies which have been updated without checking anywhere simply because I had delayed for work for ten minutes and because this was something that I was not ready to do, I decided to cancel the plans that I had and focus on getting another job because I could not do that to satisfy someone. When you as a manager you are thinking of punishing your employee, why don’t you think of something more credible other than wasting their time asking them to spell out things that will not add any value to your company or to the time that you are wasting waiting for the answers? It is quite disappointing to look at people doing things that are not even helpful.
