I love being with my boyfriend and our other college friends. Since last year, my boyfriend spent more time in the outdoors to go trout fishing. According to him, this activity is something that allows him to feel more satisfied with himself. It boosts his confidence and it makes him feel that he is capable of doing things he never thought he was able to. I truly understand him because he is a computer and Internet geek. Although he found less time for me because he chose to go trout fishing twice a month, I am happy for him because he found another meaningful way to enjoy life. One day, I plan to join him and his friends and I will be the one to cook their dinner for them. I have read a trout taco recipe and I might try out this one for the boys to enjoy after they give me a large trout for that taco recipe.

I Wish I Had That Steering Wheel

My friend always gets the best stuff. He’s spoiled. Just when I get this old xbox 360 steering wheel, he gets the Fanatec wheel, which is the best xbox 360 steering wheel. Am I jealous? Yes, I am. I’m not even afraid to admit that. I wish I can get all these cool stuff like he does.
When I got the Wii, he already had the Wii, PS3, and Xbox 360. When I got new shoes, he got 10. When I get an xbox 360 steering wheel, he gets the Fanatec Porsche 911 GT2 wheel. How are his parents so rich? He’s lucky that he gets to get anything he wants.
Unfortunately for him, having a better wheel does not directly translate to performing better. When we play Forza 3, I always beat him because I have more experience. I also practiced. He gets angry since he’s not getting what he wants, but that actually makes me happy. Is this sad?
Slamm Scooters Are Everywhere!

Whoever owns the company that makes Slamm Scooters must be making a fortune! All the kids around my way seem to have them and if they’re not Slamm Scooters then its Madd Gear or JD Bug. Kids on scooters seem to be taking over the world! They are everywhere I go. Even in my local Tesco’s where I see them sailing up and down the aisle. Well, that is at least until the store manage catches them and throws them out. They seem to have taken over from those Heely’s where kids all used to go around with big trainers that had wheels in the bottom of them. When I was young we just got on our bikes. You can go a lot further on a bike than a scooter. Granted though, it may not be quite as much fun. The tricks I see some of these youngster doing leave me dumbfounded! We only used to see that kind of stunt in a circus. At least these children are out and about in the fresh air and enjoying life.

If man coverage is called, the defenders will generally run into each other. If they don’t, they may just switch who they are covering. This allows the HB or SL2 to get open. The only pre-snap adjustment we make is to hot route the FL on a streak. We do this to clear room for the HB as he runs his route to the right side of the field. In the screenshot, the HB and SL2 are about to cross. The two defenders switch. When they do this, they lose a few steps on the receivers they are covering. We throw a bullet pass to the HB. We make the catch and have plenty of room to run down the field.

One of my favorite martial arts is Okinawan Karate. I really like it because it not only teaches you how to do typical punches and kicks, but also teaches you some pretty brutal joint manipulations and weapon techniques. I’ve been training in it for a while and the first weapon I started learning for the art was the tonfa. A tonfa is similar to a police baton except that it is typically made entirely of wood. The nice thing about tonfas is that unlike other bulkier weapons like bo staffs, you can easily put one in a tonfa case and carry it to class without much hassle.
Another very popular Okinawan karate weapon is the sai. These are similar to a pitch fork, but much smaller. If you’ve ever seen the teenage mutant ninja turtles movies, a sai is the weapon that Raphael carries. They were used to defend against swords in Okinawa. This is the start of my favorite time of year. The temperature here in Texas has finally started to dip below 100 degrees, and you can smell changes in the air. You can smell Halloween, the holidays, and hunting season quickly approaching.

I go around and gather up my trail cameras from their spots, and before I leave I hang my camo’s up in a tree on the outskirts of the property. I like for them to get a good nature and sun bath to take away the city smell. My buddies make fun of me for this one, but it has brought me luck every year.
Then I head home to take a look at my cameras. I clean them up and clear off all of the memory cards and see which ones have done their time and might need to be retired. I have a good bit of land that my dad left me, where I have been growing deer for the last 10 years. So I like to buy a few more cameras each season to grow my collection. I am a huge fan of any Moultrie game camera, although I do have one or two strays in the bunch.
I lay all of them out on my kitchen table and make sure all of the settings are just right, replace the batteries, inert new SD cards, and get them ready to mount the next weekend when I make another trip out to the property.

Bell Exodus Recalls Helmet

If you are the owner of a Bell Exodus bicycle helmet, you may want to contact Bell Sports immediately as a recall has been issued for this product. Bell Sports is recalling over 33,000 helmets after determining a major defect in the chin strap. The defect causes the chin strap to not secure properly, allowing the helmet to come off if an accident were to occur.
The recall includes the following helmet model numbers: 1003825/035011898025, sold in orange, grey and black, and model number 1006714/035011917719, sold in blue, grey, gold, white and black. Out of the 33,000 helmets that will be recalled, approximately 31,100 helmets were sold in the United States and 2,500 were sold in Canada.
The announcement of the recall was issued on Tuesday by the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The CPSC decided the recall was warranted after Bell Sports received complaints of the chin strap buckle failing. After an investigation CPSC stated, “The plastic buckle that connects the chin straps on the full-face helmets can fail, resulting in an increased risk of head injury to riders relying on the helmet to protect them.” In one instance of the chin strap failure, a major injury requiring stitches occurred when the helmet flew off the head of a rider when they crashed their folding bike.
