Government has many policies. Among these policies some are very important so government cannot change them. Such as national security, foreign relationship, economic policy etc. government cannot change these because if they change it there country overall system will be affected and may be vulnerable. Besides these policies government have many secondary policies which government can change easily with the support of parliament members. Government approves many discretionary grants. These grants are not fixed. It government want it can change such grants. These types of grants basically depend on the recent need of people. For example if the price of fuel is high in the world market the government can give a subsidy for a particular period for its people. When the condition will change government will stop the subsidy. You may think it will affect the economy of the country but sometimes for the demand of people government forced to do such a thing. This type of mass supporting step increases the popularity of the government. So government should do such thing that’s how the people may be benefited.
